The cost of an investigation can be highly variable depending on the case’s complexity. That’s why we offer a free initial
consultation – so that we can establish the best strategy for your specific needs and provide an upfront cost estimate. As a guide, the cost of surveillance is $99 per hour with a 4-hour daily minimum.

We prefer bank transfer or cash.
Yes. We will provide regular updates throughout the investigation so that you are always completely up to date. Where decisions need to be made regarding the direction of the investigation, we will make every effort to contact you and involve you in the process.
Yes. Carlo D’Angelo, the private investigator for Hide and Seek Investigations, holds a Certificate III in Investigative Services and a Master Licence with the Security Licensing and Enforcement Directorate. Under this licence, we are permitted to conduct surveillance and investigations of persons.
Upon completion of surveillance, you will receive a surveillance report and video or photographic evidence if requested.
Licensed private investigators are legally permitted to conduct surveillance, conduct interviews, gather evidence, and investigate persons. Our private investigator maintains up-to-date knowledge of the law as it relates to private investigation and always operates within the parameters of the law.
Private investigators are not authorised to access tax records, medical records, bank account details, telephone records, or driver’s licence details. They are also not permitted to bug telephones.
